RENTAL RATES
Pup’s Playground is located 40 miles north of New Orleans. It sits in a secluded area on over two acres. This amazing property has a heated outdoor pool, cabanas, male & and female glory holes, seven playrooms, five bathrooms, multiple showers, and optional play areas.
For multi-day activities we also offer a basketball and volleyball court. A covered outdoor patio and a theater room with a removable stripper pole.
The following rates are for the calendar year of 2025. A non-refundable deposit of $500 is required when reserving dates. An additional deposit (which is refundable) of $1,000 is required within the next 30 days and the remaining balance must be paid 15 days prior to your event.
STANDARD PACKAGE
$2,000. Standard Friday or Saturday events. These are one-day events. You will have access to the property 24 hours before your event to allow you time to prepare.
Party must end by 3:00 am. The property must be returned to its original setting by 12:00 pm the following day. NO OVERNIGHT STAYS ALLOWED EXCEPT FOR THE HOST.
OVERNIGHT PACKAGE
$3,000. Overnight stays include the use of 5 rooms that can be rented out. Cabanas are also available for overnight stay. One additional room is reserved for the host. It has two Queen beds with a private bathroom. Absolutely NO ONE IS ALLOWED TO SLEEP IN THE MAIN LIVING ROOM.
MULTI-NIGHT PACKAGE
$4,000. This is usually for Friday and Saturday events. This package includes 5 rooms that can be rented out. There are 3 cabanas that can also be used for overnight stay.
POOL HOUSE ONLY RENTAL
$1,000 The pool house has five beds – two private rooms and a full bath including lockers. Rental includes the use of the outdoor pavilion and outdoor smoking area. There is a full bathroom and additional outdoor shower.
Ask about SHORT TERM USE. The premises are also available for short term rentals – four hours maximum.
